★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store this evening to buy few things. I was approached by their staff Lianne (not sure if I spelt it right) as I probably looked in need of help lol.. She was exceptional! She helped me understand about lawn care, hose, etc. She is one of the reasons why I love Mitre10! Keep it up ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought items online for convenience. One was missed, got in touch and wouldn't redeliver... Insisted I pick up in store, making the online expirence redundant. Although after being passed around the store sales people, the lady in the electrical department was very helpful ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited on the 29th April 2022 at around 11.15am. A very helpful man asked me if I needed help when I was wondering where twine was and was a great help, cutting and pricing my choice. After leaving the checkout area and getting to me car another young man named ‘Art’ asked if I would like a hand unloading the 6 sacks of fertiliser I had on my trolley. What a blessing. It made for a very satisfying visit to the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car park is not the best and quite crowded due to other stores using it as well. The store however is a large Mega with very friendly and helpful team members. Exceptional range and good prices. As with a lot of Mega’s it has a Columbus Coffee attached to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot thank the Manager and staff enough for their care and bringing me a chair. The friendliness and help of the staff and searching long and hard and tracking down the item I wanted. They went out of their way to make sure I was a very satisfied customer. I have a back injury and they really took care of me. Thankfully I am now on the mend. Thanks again for all your help.

Whole store is clean and tidy. Amazing shelving system, easy to find what I want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very large trade and DIY store. Friendly staff who were very helpful and a massive range of goods. Best to check the website though to see if they have stock if you are after something specific otherwise you will have to head to another store or order online if not in a rush. It's so large you could get lost if not careful. Plants, tools, paint and more. Car park is shared with a Countdown supermarket so probably not a good time to head down at busy shopping times.
