★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted at the attitude of a staff member at this store I am a type 1 diabetic and suffered a hypo whilst at the self scan checkout. I scanned through a can of pop and started to drink it as I continued to scan my items. She informed me I was not allowed to drink and I explained I was a diabetic suffering from a hypo and if I didn't I could become unconscious she continued to tell me 3 more times that I was not allowed to drink, and I tried to explain again that I had to. She left me in tears and I drunk it as quick as I could and continued to scan. My husband then arrived and took over and I left. When he had finished she then went and told him that he should tell me not to drink at the checkout . It was a horrible experience that left me incredibly upset

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reached here 5 minutes before closing but they wouldn’t let us in even though we needed something important. If you have advertised a certain time it’s best to stick to that. Letting one customer on for a bottle of water wouldn’t hurt.
