The fact that you have so many reviews complaining about staff, yet clearly nothing has been done is concerning. The bakery is awful. New World has now got my business...what a breath of fresh air in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found it to be the best of the three supermarkets in Nelson yes it is a little bit out the way but they have more on their shelves in some supermarkets prices are reasonable lots of in store sales very friendly customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are regulars shopping weekly at Countdown Redwoodtown. This week checkout let them down. 1 checkout. 2 itroeys in front. 3 at back of us. When asked staff at self service was told "I only work here. I'm not the boss. Felt sorry for the young guy doing his best as only checkout. Nearly left our groceries to shop elswhere.

Impossible to fry even in small amounts without turning to stew first
