โ โ โ โ โ Countdown Sunnynook has lots of options that other countdowns around the area such as Milford don't have plus the staff are always really friendly and ready to help you. The only problem I had is recently there has been a lack of stock on the shelves which I'm guessing is due to covid and Christmas.

โ โ โ โ โ With all the profit countdown in Sunnynook makes, they could at least give pensioners a 5% discount on Tuesdays.
I am naming and shaming any Countdown that does not offer this.

โ โ โ โ โ I dislike any countdown to be honest.....it is expensively overpriced, there was little in the way of meat in store, narrow Isles but an awesome staff member on checkout, a young man who was just so pleasant. 100% score for him 10% for the shop

โ โ โ โ โ My local countdown. But I am always disappointed with their stock level. Often I can not find what I am looking for here and ended up having to go elsewhere. But a nice clean store with easy layout nevertheless.

โ โ โ โ โ Was served by a woman named Sheryl. She was rude. My morning started great with lovely customer service from staff at animates albany. Only to get to countdown checkouts and be served by sheryl who was very moody and rude to me but nice to the white couple before me. Just because your old doesn't mean you have the right to be rude. Or just racist maybe? Terrible customer service! Countdowns all across auckland really need to teach their team members about GOOD customer service. Their delivery drivers are always smiling and kind! Need to take customer service lessons from you're contracted delivery drivers. Never shopping here again! First and the last.
