★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a farro delivery over a week ago, it was a bad one. I had three orders missing , four included that I didn’t order that we couldn’t use and two packets of very stale very expensive Easter buns from daily bread. I contacted farro who agreed that the order was a mess and promised a quick refund to my credit card that never arrived. I have tried to telephone them, they are not answering their phones so emailed them twice with no result. I am totally fed up and will never purchase from farro again, I am amazed at the total disaster the whole exercise has been.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been shopping here for years, now they don't accept a mask exemption to shop with a trolley full of goods? The patron at the door welcomes us and the "manager" discriminates us and asks us to leave. What a joke. A discriminating business. I will never shop here again! This will not be forgotten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a medical condition that makes wearing a face mask unsuitable. I am a new mum and visited the store with baby in tow to buy my friend flowers, lunch and a frozen meal (she is also a brand new mum). I was wearing my mask exemption card but a rude worker told me I have to wear a mask. When I tried explaining that I can’t he went and got the floor manager who was also rude and unsympathetic. She said it was a company policy. They refused to serve me and told me I had to leave. A terrible experience that made me feel humiliated for having a medical condition. My family and I live nearby so needless to say that they have lost us as customers for life. I will also be sharing my experience with other locals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop is a way from where I live and I only shop there occasionally. I go there as wide range of luxury treats. Love their pre-made curry and desserts. They also stock a wide range of my favourite icecream NZ pure if you are willing to pay a bit more then worth the visit. Fresh juice is the best I ever had
