★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Machines are without doubt well used, but mostly the range of equipment including a few racks, boxing area and dedicated areas for olympic lifting are exactly what is required for good free movement and power lifting.
Recently refurbished changing rooms (I assume women's has been done as well) make for a hygienic environment - though particularly slippery flooring.
Better to go for a run outside, because the irregular speed and jerkiness of those treadmills will break your neck if you attempt a sprint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best gym in Pukekohe by far. Heaps of fitness classes available (I love the body pump classes personally). Big cardio area upstairs, huge free weights section with boxing ring, Olympic lifting stations and a variety of weight machines. Personal trainers available. I train with Heidi twice a week and she's amazing. Very friendly, chatty and motivating but will definitely make you sweat. They also have a kids room which is $3 per child. They have a range of movies, x3 PlayStations, toys, books, puzzles, a giant blackboard wall and it's own toilet. Love this gym and I will never change ?

The staff are lovely and helpful, the equipment is maintained well, and the facilities are clean.
They have a huge range of classes and top notch personal trainers available.
Oh and a creche for kids. Winning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff a re friendly, warm and professional . They want you work hard but well and are very supportive and the ladies at the front are super welcoming and informative. Love this place makes me happy knowing I'll be hitting the gym on a Saturday morning great way to start my day.
