Even repeated it - Got there - outside pools close at 5pm. Surely - SURELY all your staff know the different times for different pools.
Please do better #kidsaremiserable

The life guards don't even look like they even know what they are doing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went today and the baby pool was shut, instead of opening the other pool they kept that shut and was only allowed to swim in the big main pool. I seen the babies shivering, normally they would open the other kiddie friendly pool but we obviously came on the not bothered kind of day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice pool area and staff. Our toddler loves the fountains in the kids pool. Changing rooms and toilets are a bit run down in the pool area. Haven't been to the gym or courts so can't comment on those.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is a member of the pool and gym but only needing pool to make it easier on my joints for walking usually wear singlet and shorts due to not having swim wear my size, was told sorry you cannot go into the pool in the weekend from staff member because of wearing singlet , husband went the next day and saw several people wearing singlet in pool, I have not had this issue in the past while I have been there why a change now ??? Maybe I should get a refund of my hard earned $$$ I put into membership as it's hard enough being big and going there to try exercise and then be told no you can't enter pool due to my singlet being worn just frustrating and embarrassing
