For over 10 years, since Counties Manukau District Health Board (CMDHB) moved here, these offices have been utilitarian but lacking in the charm and user-friendly characteristics many 21st century enterprises strive to incorporate into their working environments. Additionally too often parking is extremely limited for visitors. It is no fun for a visitor or guest to cruise the car park and be forced to park contrary to the designated signage despite the the Tow-Away signs promising punishment.
