★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calling them from early morning but it's been one hour 53minutes but failed to get hold of them. Even put my number for callback but haven't received any. Really poor service and ofcourse it represents their work model as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rang Immigration NZ a few times and had to stay on call for over an hour with no success. I then opted for a call back option they have these days. I received a call from them an hour later but the process was same as if i called them i.e normal wait time to speak to someone. What a shame. if you are calling someone back, it should connect straightaway. Who ever is your officer, need to look at this useless system you have in place. I am worried how you guys make a decision on granting someone Visa. Are you actually capable?? What a waste of my time:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been on call since 3 hr. They dont let you know what number you are in queue. They won't care at all. Very poor customer service. If you want call back by pressing 1. They call you back and make you wait again for 2 hr. Instead of guidence on hold better make queue system you thugs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just so bad... you are asked to throw important documents into a drop box with no record or reference number or time frame re processing. Lack of clear instructions or communication. Just a scary experience. Queen street office with actual people that you can talk to was much nicer process.

I called their help line and waited for 3 hours, and there was still no one on the call.

Never picked the phone, the website info is confusing and it takes unreasonably ages to process your visa though they charge you heaps. No one knows why they never are questioned about these terrible reviews. I am absolutely disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Just Dropbox, not the office with attendant.
Quite handy place, though finding parking can be challenging, however you just need less than 2 min as your ready application in sealed envelope should be ready to drop in the box.
Take right from roundabout and park the car as soon as you get the spot. My suggestion best to come after 3:00 before 5:00 you should be able to get parking otherwise come with someone or by bus.
At ground floor of the Laidlaw house where Auckland Edinburg college and other offices are also located, it’s a spot where Dropbox is located to put your application.
Please keep everything ready in envelope before you come here as you not be able to find help here.
