Do not give these retards your hard earned cash. Their business practices are disgustingly anti business / anti customer. I've never been so outraged/treated so poorly as a paying customer ANYWHERE ELSE ON THE PLANET. And we're talking about my hundreds of dollars going to them (paying their wages) for a box to go internationally - via DHL, who also simply do not have their act together. Walked right in there with a juicy box for a customer in Los Angeles. Pale sickly looking woman with Volunteer vest on explains to me the 'procedure': - She weighs box; returns box to me - She writes down the weight on a piece of scrap and hands it to me - She hands me the way bill, which I fill out completely - I, the paying customer with box in hand, take the scrap and the way bill, leave the office, go some other imaginary place, and contact DHL by phone to arrange pickup at the location that I JUST LEFT - I arrange credit card payment over the imaginary phone in some imaginary place - I write down the confirmation of payment number on the completed way bill - I return to the front counter - I hand over the box and completed way bill Wait a minute, you say... what about using THEIR phone to call THEIR partner? Which phone? Oh, that one 3 metres away from where I'm standing at the front counter? HECK NO. THAT phone is NOT for anyone but THEM. No way are they going to put in an extension cord for MY CONVENIENCE. No way are they going to have "CUSTOMERS tie up THEIR PHONE line all day", trying to GIVE THEM MONEY. Put in a second phone line/extension? HECK NO. That would help the customer. They don't want any filthy customers messing up their sterile little office. No, you have to go away, somewhere else to find another phone. Then you have to come back after you've completed their paperwork. Letting you use their phone is simply too much of a BOTHER for them. And when I tried to point out these simple premises of basic retail conduct, they demanded that I leave and threatened to call the police. And my box? Oh... mysteriously, as I was tracking it of course, it didn't make it out of the building and on to the truck to CC for a NUMBER of days. Gee. I wonder why or how that could have happened. Called up the 'Manager' of the South Island operations and explained. Will there be reprimand? Will there be change? HECK NO. You see, he's very good personal friends with the local 'Manager' in that office. So forget that. And DHL are no better. Phone operator needed me to repeat my credit card number 6 times. Rest of the phonecall was just as painful. By the end of it, I never was even quoted a PRICE - nearly $400, I found out later. Screwed up delivery at an address in the middle of downtown Los Angeles. The driver could have found the place using google, for starters. Forget about simply asking the dispatcher to help, over the radio in his truck. NZ DHL 'Manager' was a real stiff about the amount of refund for botching it up, as well. Lots of explanation about how a multibillion dollar international courier company couldn't afford to refund me the whole amount, nor anything close. I did indeed laugh when she tried to press that issue - "because, after all, the package did eventually arrive". Forget about hundreds I paid in order to have it arrive a LOT sooner, guaranteed. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT DESERVE IT.

My husband heard a knock at the door. He was in the shower and knew it would be the courier, he jumped out quickly dried then ran to the door, he was only 20seconds. By that time the driver was backing out of the driveway, he ran out and she was still reversing whistled and yelled really loud and she didn’t bother looking, he then ran down the road to the corner and she carried on. He then rang the depot 1min straight away and they called her and messaged her as she was still in the area Shotover, she failed to respond, he then called again 5mins later and they got through to her and she said she can’t deliver now. Absouletly shocking service. Islander looking girl with a plain marked van is proof how close he was when he saw her!!! Judging but the rest of the negative reviews Courier Post Queenstown really need to work on their service!!!

Worst customer service ever. "Expect me to look in a haystack" yelled in anger after receiving a tracking number. Some basic customer training and a bit of willingness to get the job done would work wonders. If you don't want to do your job, please quit and find something better to do with your time.

Waiting for delivery. Three persons at home with a working door bell. Seemingly no attempt to deliver but leaving a slip in the mail box! 2:05 Run No.10 4 Feb.

Delivery guy/girl didn't even knock on the door I was in the laundry room next to the main door. I found a paper saying I will need to collect it from this place. Was it so hard to knock on my door and wait at least a minute?
