★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are buying or selling a property this is the place for you. They have a rock star there called Kim who is amazing & you will have no worries. If you want anything else steer clear. We did not deal with Craig himself so he may be okay but we raised an issue with him which he ignored. We received Unprofessional, unknowledgeable advise, bad customer service, extremely poor communication, rude attitude, incompetent and hidden costs. Buying or selling a house? 100% go there & ask fir Kim, anything else bye bye

By the time I called him at 9am he had already reviewed the documents I had sent him and sought an additional report to help inform my decision. He was an excellent communicator, clearly explaining the issues to me and patiently answering all of my questions, drawing on his extensive knowledge of the Dunedin property market. He provided extremely timely and well-considered advice to inform my decision and helped me to avoid potential pitfalls. I will definitely be engaging Craig for future property advice and I wholeheartedly recommend him to others.
