★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most ppl here seemed to have experienced the same issue… Amazing service when you are on your payment cycle but it all turns to complete custard after the payments are completed. It seems the slower you pay you the better/longer service you will end up getting :-/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first had orthodontic work done about 15 years ago with Craig and the service was excellent. No complaints. I went back in 2019 to have some extra work done and the experience hasn’t been so good. I found the communication to be extremely slow, my treatment wasn’t explained all that clearly to me, and I had a treatment plan with no end - so the financial commitment was impossible to determine. After 21 months of considerable cost, 24 aligners and still not finished, I have now started with a new orthodontist elsewhere, and the difference is like night and day. They have been able to give me a clear plan and a firm quote, they explain every procedure, their communication is fast and efficient and I cannot believe the difference. Customer service is everything and my advice would be to do your research before you decide which orthodontist you’ll be happy with.
