I cannot recommend them highly enough!
They listen and check in about length and how you're feeling! I usually see Sara whom I love! But today I saw Savin and she was awesome! Love my cut!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't super happy about the experience and outcome. It lasted a hasty total of 20 minutes and I was ushered both in an out. The fact that we had just come out of lockdown, I guess I was hoping for more of a relaxed, pleasant human interaction rather than an impersonal, rushed, shoddy job. The stylist barely took the time to inquire / understand what I wanted. I wasn't asked about the kind of cut I wanted (wet, dry, restyle, etc.) either and was assumed to be there for a dry cut, when actually what I wanted / needed was a restyle. If only someone at the studio had discussed options and asked me to clarify to start with. Now I'm stuck with a below average, cheap "graduated bob" thanks to a complete lack of communication and a complete lack of detail. A month into the cut and I'm starting to look like a young college boy who can't afford a decent haircut, lol.
Anyways, might have been a one-off since they seem to have a really high rating and pretty good reviews. Could also have been because of post-lockdown demand for hairdressers, however I don't think it justifies a measly 20 minutes. Not for a hair studio of their repute! Wouldn't want to write them off completely just because of one bad experience, will probably give them a go sometime again in the future.
PS - The studio is on a busy road in Caversham and dawns a busy, frantic environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not recommend the team at Crave enough! On a chance meeting I mentioned I was looking for to cut my hair, well they found me a spot as a new client in two days on a Sunday! That’s dedication and impeccable service. As a bloke I usually end up with a quick whip around the sides, a slap on shoulders and I’m out. The team here took the time to ensure my cut matched my face and jaw line. They even went the extra mile to ensure those small annoying bits of hair weren’t left in my ears or on my collar.
Men, ladies, people if you want a quality cut from highly skilled and professional hair stylist who go the extra mile then don’t waste time give Crave a ring now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was able to be seen on the day after an awful terrible haircut elsewhere, I was very upset but the team was so sweet and understanding. Laura was really careful fixing my hair and made it 10x better than what it was. Lovely atmosphere and walked out with a much better style than what I came in with. I have full confidence that this place is going to be my new regular, thanks for looking after me!
