★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never in my life have I received such terrible service. I called to make an appointment with my regular stylist over a month ago for a cut and colour, I called to confirm my appointment the day prior and then turned up to find out that the stylist is sick and my appointment is now only for a cut with someone who ‘can squeeze me in’ I got no prior warning and I had made arrangements a month earlier to make this appointment. With no other choice when the apprentice offered to help with colour I jumped at the chance but that was also retracted and I was told should try somewhere else. No apology and no manners. Lady at the counter was terribly rude and pretty much said I was out of luck. Natalie the stylist is great but unfortunately the service today has turned me of this place for good. I do not recommend anyone waste there time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ah man, the lady was so nice, but the cut was perhaps the worst I've ever had. I went to the salon around 8 months ago, after lockdown, and I'm still trying to grow out the weird layers that were cut into my hair. I had a blunt bob before, and just wanted a trim. Having some breakage at the back, the stylist cut the top layers to match the short bit at the back, ending up with above the ear layers for the shortest spots, and below my chin at the longest. Almost, but not quite a mullet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always great service, no complaints. They remember their customers and fix their mistakes. They realised they had overcharged me on a haircut and so they didn't charge me on the next one. This was great for me as I don't like to complain, especially to someone wielding scissors. Keep it up ladies.
