His behaviour was downright disrespectful, curt and rude.
I have worked as a health professional myself for many years and am well aware of patient/clients rights to be treated with dignity.
The quality of that consultation is what I will class as poor. I would never recommend this man to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrence and his team were absolutely amazing - I was feeling very nervous about my procedure but right from the consultation through to the follow up i felt in safe hands,and knew i was receiving the very best care, Dr Creagh answered all my annoying questions even when i asked them several times! the aftercare advice i received was second to none , I would give 10 stars if i could.

I’m sure MR Creagh is very good at his job however his receptionist does him a disservice by not following up on inquiries made by prospective patients. Three times I had to ring for the same thing and still she didn’t have an answer. This person is sadly letting down your business Terry.
