★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge more than the prices advertised but don’t tell you. Dishonest and tricky. Not coming back. You cannot advertise one thing and charge another in NZ. Also the reply that someone forgot to update prices was another lie as they were dong nothing when we arrived. Also even though the price difference was $5 and not 1. Even $1 difference is false advertising. By the looks of the replies to bad reviews, this place will only get worse which is a shame. Will leave this review up to hopefully warn others ?. And when under new management one day will try again ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this place after reading a lot of rave reviews and saw the pictures of the burgers and what not on offer from this place. Needless to say, I was wrong. We all dropped $60 plus on food that was “meh” to begin with, not only that watched countless other people order eat and leave long after we ordered and waited. Didn’t even get one of the meals I asked for even though I specified twice(to the person that took my order and to the girl that brought my order) the customer service was spot on, however good customer service was all this place had to offer. I didn’t even finish my order which was 2 burgers as the build up was definitely not worth the payout. Thanks for the stomach ache. Honestly, how were your kebabs not that good either? Ah well 1 star, pity we couldn’t pick no stars.

My first impression of the place was that the building and its interior is so bright and welcoming. It was very cozy and made me really feel at home in a way.
The food is amazing, definitely worth it's price.
Its only understandable that the current situations with covid have been affecting small businesses such as yours, so anyone who tries to say otherwise are just being cheap. I believe that the prices are fairly reasonable for the amount of time and effort your staff puts in to make top quality food (especially when it comes to authentic Turkish foods)
Moving on, the workers there are so kind and warm hearted. One thing I look for in a restaurant is a place with, happy welcoming staff and that is exactly what I recieved. Customer service was outstanding! One of the waitresses came to check up on me every few minutes as I was dining alone, not that I asked for it but it really meant alot to me personally.
Unlike most restaurants I've visited in rotorua, they take complaints very professionally rather than taking them to heart and lashing out on the guests.
Of all experiences I've had at different restaurants, this place in particular is instantly my number 1. Hope to see this restaurant running for many years!
100% will be coming back again, and very very often too! only this time I'll bring a couple of friends and family members along :) iyi şanslar ??

Definitely in my top 5 places to eat in rotos? the vibes are so vibrationally positive and the staff are amazing? there was one young girl who served me and I loved her hair and personality and we had such an awesome chat about things which is nice to see these days as a lot of staff in other places don’t feel so welcoming! She is such a gem? thank you guys! Be safe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is so phenomenal you have no idea. I order some of the sloppy Moe at least once week it's so good.
Also I am aware that prices have raised a little bit higher and thats okay and understandable because at a business this size you'd expect these prices. They may be different to before but that's only because they litterally just changed the pricing.
And anyways for any high price the food is worth it. I would definitely recommend eating here. The food is delicious. It's filling and overall amazing.
The staff are always polite to customers that will be polite to them as well. And please do treat them and their work place with respect. The customer service is brilliant. Go to them if you have any problems with your food and they will fix it up right away.
