★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusted in the service provided by Crombie Lockwood and NZI while trying to claim after my car crash. Took close to 3 months just for them to decide to deny. Has since been 3 weeks and still haven't received my car that they took without permission. NEVER recommending this insurance broker to anyone, never experienced such lack of service and contact while trying to make a claim.

Renewal processes are very client focused, requests are handled very quickly. We would not change Brokers as with these folk we know we are in good hands. Given recent events and the help and care of Crombie Lockwood, We would NEVER do insurance by ourselves, you cant beat an experienced Broker, and you cant beat this team.
