★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience with AA. They offer a very good service and the staff was very friendly and accomodating to me when I applied and sat for my Learner’s theory exam. I would like to commend staff Robyn who assisted me professionally and in a way made my anxiety lessen before taking the exam. ??

Cannot verify my new born documents for ird purpose.we have visited 3-4 times just to verify documents but they seem not interested to verify it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A liitle busy around lunch time and CBD parking could be difficult to find sometimes but staff were helpful. Did driving license conversion with Matthew and IRD number application with Linda on separate visits. Both of them were super helpful and very patient with me. Thank you, guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute disgrace. Started with a very rude man when I was booking in my Son’s theory test. I have now been on hold for 2 hours. I wanted to reschedule it as he isn’t well. After being on hold for an hour the person advised they might allow me to reschedule over the phone but only in certain circumstances otherwise go in. I said this is Covid times would u rather we potentially bring it into the centre? They said I would need to speak to someone senior about it and so far have been on hold for another hour…. Oh and to top it off there is a charge. So you try and do the right thing and get treated like this. Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The elderly man is horribly rude not just to me but to people that were waiting for their family member. I do not like the way he spoke to me at all very unprofessional and needs obvious customer service training. Secondly the elderly women there was not so nice to the customer she was dealing with. He obviously could not understand English well therefor his writing wouldn’t be well either there was no need to comment on the poor man’s handwriting. I was then handed over to a younger gentlemen who was absolutely amazing and lovely and he definitely made the experience better…. I didn’t get his name but he’s quite tall, had an accent , dark hair and glasses. This five star rating is for him!
