★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a repeat prescription online. Tried to come in the next day but couldn't make it in time due to other commitments. Tried again the next working day but they were closed. Closed at 5.30 pm but Google was not updated and still showing 6 pm. Left work early the next day where I was told my repeat had been declined and that I needed to book an appointment. They apparently didn't find it important to actually tell me that was the case so have had to book in at an inconvenient time taking hours off work. Will definitely be going elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cancelled my appointment for general medical exams because I'm not vaccinated against covid, and at the time they decide to refund me the payment (around 10 days after), they owned more than the 10% as an admin fee, super disappointed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible lady shouting at us infront of other visitors for being confused with where to wait as there was not enough space in waiting room.
Went for my 8 years old vaccination today. Even he said let's not have my vaccination here.
But nurse Megan was really nice and kind.
