The room was great value for money, perfect for what we needed.
Will definitely stay again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is sooo lovely, and super welcoming, makes the experience 10/10! Rooms are very spacious and so clean and tidy!!! Even had lots of heating and electric blankets on every bed!
Have a lovely stay and would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

This weeks interaction was disappointing on a number of levels.
We booked a 2 bedroom unit and got a 1 bedroom small unit with a bed in a small lounge.
Unit 10 is not a 2 bedroom unit.
There was no room to put your cases anywhere, Dusty, had mold on the surfaces
When the owners came back to the motel, I explained that we weren't happy.
I explained we will look for other accommodation. She had no issues with this action as she stated if we could find accommodation that was fine with her as she stated they had made a booking mistake.
When I confirmed we were moving the female owner became angry and demanded her first night payment.
She wouldnt consider a part payment as we had just only been in the room for 2 hours approx.
We wont be going back....due to the way they missed booked our booking, quality of the room present and the rudeness of the female owner. Disappointed
