★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After joining this box about 18 months ago, I have gained so much knowledge, skill, strength and confidence in CrossFit. ??♀️??♂️ The programming always kicks your butt (in the best way ?) and the coaches are all so knowledable and genuinely love to see you succeed ? My favourite thing though, is that I’ve also gained some amazing friendships and all the best memories with this amazing community (inside and outside the box) !! ☺️??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally join for few months to get fit but let's be honest, this place is so nice that I decided to stay! Owners are dedicated to it and coaches are all knowledgeable. You will be in safe hands and they (coaches+crew) will really help you to reach your goals. So yes 5 stars without any doubt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to train, get fit, get the support you need to achieve any goal you set and meet people who become your friends! The coaches are so knowledgeable & fun. The workouts are tough - and some are bloody awful to be honest, but they’re the ones that make you know you’re working! A day doesn’t feel complete without coming along here and getting my sweat on! Highly recommend this amazing place!! ❤️????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily the best gym I have ever been to. The coaches are highly trained and passionate about helping you achieve your goals. Personal Training sessions are excellent for rehab of injuries, fixing weaknesses or assisting with progress. The team at CrossFit Kia Maia are amazing and really care. Also the other members are a great bunch of people too.
