★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some concerns to start with due to other reviews and expressed them to my moving manager. The service was assured by her and the Hamilton branch manager and it turned up an excellent outcome. Both the crews in Palmerston North and Hamilton are very friendly and professional. Regardless the bad weather, there is no water damage or breakage (a couple of new dents on piano though). The timing is pretty good too.
There was a bit of mis-communication on the packing date but was rectified so it ended up aligned with the house hand over time perfectly and also my elderly mother got settled in the new house and able to sleep on her routine time after 6 hours travelling.
Really appreciate the professionalism of and the team the service. The packing team know what they are doing.

The whole process was simple from initial quote stage to final stages of getting into our home. Alan Torr was informative, great with following up and making himself available for questions and concerns. Harold, Anthony, Paul and Joseph made quick work of packing everything down and taking time to safely secure and store our items in our container. The whole process was wrapped up within two weeks - evaluation, quote, payment, moving plan, move executed, items secured and shipped. Such great service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just moved from Hamilton, New Zealand, to Chile. Due to Covid-19 restrictions we were not able to be present. Neighbours arranged everything for us at the other end. The communication with Crown took place only over long-distance calls. Everything went smoothly despite the circumstances.
Items were well packed. My most precious item, a concert piano, was handled with extraordinary care. We are really thrilled by this service and can only higly recommend this company.

Update - goods arrived (about Se[tember) with one broken saucer, saving almost $1000 insurance! Great service.

They are professional , courteous, thorough, careful and work really hard to get job done. The process of planning and booking was really easy and they maintained good contact throughout process. The team that packed us , in particular Tristan, Kelly , Adrian , were excellent. The quality of packing materials are excellent. Took great care packing ornaments and breakables. Thoroughly recommend Crown Hamilton.
