★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clown Relocations. What incompetence, unprofessional and disorganised. So many missing items, so many items not manifested but sent, and guess what? Nobody knows where they are. If the after sales service actually existed I probably wouldn’t be writing this but, emails are not replied to, nobody cares that my stuff is missing and I paid for that! I paid for them to lose my stuff. You have got to be kidding. Don’t ever use Clown Rellcations if you want to see your stuff again.

The moving team (Dillon, Jack, Jimmy, and a fourth person (we didn't catch their name, sorry!)) was just incredible. Amazing teamwork and efficiency, super careful with our things and the apartment. Will be recommending Crown to anyone we know who is moving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The polite and cheerful two-person team packed quickly and (as far as I could tell) to a high standard. I appreciated them running through "housekeeping" questions at the start (could they play music, could they use the loo etc) and double-checking with me at the end that they'd got everything I wanted. They took their work seriously and left everything neat and tidy. All in all it was a confidence-inspiring experience. The unpacking at the other end won't be for a few months, but based on the packing I'm feeling comfortable it'll arrive safely.
