★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very disappointing experience with Grace Removals. The service agreement promised wrapping furniture in high quality furniture blankets. This most definitely did not happen and our two couches were removed from the house by hoisting them over a balcony causing the fabric underneath to tear significantly leading to a crude attempt at hiding the tear. A computer chair was made totally inoperable after a heavy object was placed on top of it. A brand new washing machine had the lid broken. The list goes on but what was most disappointing was the removal guys not pointing this out at the time but leaving it for us to discover. An email to the company outlining what had taken place during the removal elicited no response. The service agreement notes their high-quality service. This most definitely was not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young man who came to pack up our things was very professional kind friendly and patient.He did a great job. We could have done with a few more boxes but he had no way of knowing how much we had. So we can forgive him for that. We goods were to be delivered on the !st October but di not arrive until later. That was not such a big deal. The lady in their office kept us informed as to where the goods were.
The price was very reasonable. Yes I would recommend them.
This is the third time that we have used you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service at the onset of the process, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the packing team was terrible, we have received a lot of damaged good and some missing..... Even worse when we tried to get hold of them to explain what has happened they would never return our emails and call... We never manage to speak to them... I would not recommend them unless you are prepared for this eventuality to happen...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That 1 star is a compulsory and I would remove it if the post allowed it. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced with a removal company, no question. Highly advise using another removal service. Their total lack of client communication, follow up and overall helpfulness is profound. Never ever again. Be warned.

We organised our belongings to be picked up early November 2021 and we were assured there would be no issue having everything ready for us at the end of January when we arrived in Australia. Upon arriving we called grace to arrange for delivery only to be told everything was still sitting in Wellington. We had no correspondence from them prior to our call and this was a theme. Over and over again we would be given a date only to call and be told the date had pushed out. Not once were we contacted by them the entire time. Shocking (non existent) communication and a terrible experience that cost me thousands extra due to the need to purchase additional goods we already had coming over just to make do. Our possessions were finally delivered mid May 2022, 6 months after pick up and 3.5 months after the promised date. Never again.

Everything was pretty straightforward, and she answered every questions we've had. The movers did their job well, and were patient enough with us for the things that were not ready to pack yet. This was a smooth experience, and I'm very happy with how it went.
