β β β β β A+++Fantastic place, used since u opened, Found Staff to be brilliant, place is clean & tidy. Love new paint job.. Pitty about reduced car parks now obviously not your fault but the shop next door shame on them, will never buy from them. (Over some years have seen it all, rudeness of customers to unsupervised ch.) as for amberH comment left, what a joke, yes U need to read label, its not hard)if machine query/issues its not difficult speck to lovely staff, they r all happy to help or simply pay more for service if u dont have x to hang about. Special thks to staff u r great???

β β β β β The lady who calls her βTHE Bossβ donβt know how to talk. I was using washer and then the clothes didnβt rinse properly as there was water in the clothes. Then I talked to her that there is some problem with the machine because Ihe other 2 machines were fine. Then she said you have to take another washer and pay more 6.80 bugs. Then I told her that itβs not my fault and then I thought to put my clothes in dryer. Then the guy suddenly came and he said you canβt use the machine as you have to wash your clothes again or otherwise you can go other laundromat.
That is so rude and they misbehaved with us.
Will never go to them now.

β β β β β Facility is pretty dirty, the toilet is even worse and the guy who served me when I was in there the other night needs to learn the meaning of customer service.
Never again will I step foot in the place. The new launderette on Flat Bush School Road is so much better, cleaner and cheaper.

β β β β β Had 6 machines (lots and lots of laundry) put it for a 30 minute wash. Came back 25 minutes later and 5 of the machines washing had stopped and people were waiting to use the machines. One machine went on for a further 15 minutes after we got back (guy said we didn't press the start button.... we did. That was the first one we started and we checked all were spinning before we left to run other errands) after explaining this to the guy there, he kept trying to explain the same thing over and over again (which wasnt the point I was trying to make) if I came back after 25 minutes my washing should have been washing for another 5 minutes considering it started at 30minutes.... anyways that was my rant. Bad customer service can ruin someones otherwise great day.
I've been going there for a little while now and I can guarantee I will not be going back.

Glasses didnβt make any effort to help fix my drying of the clothes as they got stained while i was using the dryer. She said Iβm making a complaint which no one has complained before. I know It is from a Faulty drum slides which has what stained and left black lines on my clothes.

β β β β β I find Crystal Laundromat to be great, it's got clean surroundings, never smells, is well ventilated, has security cameras in store, reasonable parking, good opening hours, seating in-store, manned by staff, lots and lots of washing machines including small ones if needed, lots of massive driers and now you can pay separately if by eftpos, you only need staff if paying by cash. They've kept aside about 10 machines that staff service for customers who drop off. I can't compare prices as I don't use laundromats that much but when I do, this is where I go! Keep up the good work Crystal Laundromat.
