β β β β β Was really surprised at prices. Not full supermarket so expected goods would be dearer. In fact they were well priced. Huge variety to choose from. Bakery priced some of the best around.β‘β‘β‘β‘

β β β β β Popped in for a few things, used to be a regular shopper here but thankfully now have a closer supermarket that has more variety and better prices. Had a basket which was put up on the conveyor belt...aftwe scanning half the items the assistant asks for it to be removed as they aren't allowed them on there. After asking why she didn't say that when the basket was put up and prior to scanning most the goods she became rude and threw the rest of the items in the bags.
Commonsense would be to say something as we went to put the basket up ?
I also let her know signs would be helpful.
The shop itself could do with a clean up, bigger range of items and some prices are ridiculously high.

β β β β β Bakery products expired sitting on the shelve. Saw the boy in the meat department repackaging the meat in the new trays. Very disgusting, will not visit the store again. The council needs to visit the store. @supervalue.co.nz, aucklandcouncil.govt.nz

β β β β β I have seen the transformation from 3 Guys to Countdown to Super Value being a local shopper. Unfortunately the standard has dropped store looks run down and old. The medical centre has upgraded and other stores have maintained a relatively updated look but Super Value looks outdated is due for a revamp. Has an okay selection trades mainly on island food core products which are generally good value for money which is always good for the community. Other products are all expensive so wouldn't do weekly shop here. Bread & Milk and Cornbeef are generally speaking on special frequently. Very busy at times because of its location has a few other shops inside which are partitioned off. Unfortunately the two star is for the rundown look and the fact that I saw the whole chicken that's cooked in the pie warmer put in the drink chiller, after it was in the pie warmer all day, not good. Staff are friendly but average shopping Experience would only buy essentials here.

β β β β β The 2 x mangos bought were rotten and black from inside. Even the cucumber side was damaged when film was opened. Very poor quality of Fruit/Vegetables in the store. This is a second time this happened to me, definitely not recommending this place. I prefer to go to the real supermarket like paknsave or countdown where you can expect a quality. Tried calling the store couple of times to complain about their vegetables but the phone remain unanswered.

β β β β β Unhygienic place. The fruits in the chiller area like papaya, pineapple etc. are soft and got mold on them. The meat looks off(pork is white in color). Does not look like a supermarket of 21st century.

β β β β β It's ok, good prices for some stuff, obviously don't do expiry date checks as quite often you find expired shelf items but other than that staff seem.friendly the couple of times ive been there. Queue can be longish when its busy as they can only open a couple of tills at a time. But good place to get a few buts and pieces but I wouldn't do main shopping there as supermarkets are still cheaper most of the time.
