It took ages to get the work done, weeks (even after allowing for lockdown), they are not responsive and very hard to get hold off (multiple calls and emails, took almost a month at one point to finally make contact), the invoicing also took almost 2 months, and the biggest issue is that after receiving the invoice and asking for a specific breakdown to outline the costs, the owner called and was very angry and unfriendly. I want to support local, but the service was just awful unfortunately.
