★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a walk-in order and paid. I got told it will be 20 minutes wait. But then after 30 to 40 minutes I asked them about my order and they had forgotten to make it. The short chubby guy said they were making "online" orders which I questioned why haven't my order been made when I already paid on the spot and yet those online orders they were putting first haven't. They then rushed my order and gave me burnt naan breads and disgusting curries, it tastes like off meats inside and was too oily. Couldn't eat it and was thrown in the bin. I am really disappointed with the service and would not recommend this restaurant. Spend your money elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this was once my favorite Indian in Christchurch, however, in the last few visits everything has slowly changed. The quality of the food, service and even the consistency has seriously slipped. Ordered butter chicken and got tomato soup with massive chunks of onion and green peppers throughout, and by the taste and texture the chicken was past its best before.
I now wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a great takeaway tonight I had tomato soup with chicken aka butter chicken nan that could sink a ship and chicken Tikka that had not been Tikkad!!! Think the place has changed hands will not be going back, pitty I like to shop local. I had to give 1 star as you can't give none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had some excellent meals here and left positive reviews on Menulog. However the last few curries have tasted like you have added condensed tomato soup as a base. Please make the curries the old fashioned way again and I'll happily place another order.
