About Curtain Clean
I'm based in Auckland and due to lockdown decided to send my curtains to be cleaned by Curtain Clean in Tauranga. The process couldn't have been easier - they organised courier pickup and delivery. The curtains had small mould spots on the back and these spots are completely gone. I also decided to get the curtains lined while Curtain Clean had them. The curtains arrived back in immaculate condition within a week. Amazing service. Great communication and a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

I recently experienced a house fire in our home and as a direct result our curtains and blinds were removed and taken away for cleaning .
Once the blinds and curtains were returned and installed we noticed the entire set of lounge curtains were damaged . We were not advised of this at all. We accept it may have come down to age and style but we would have appreciated this being advised to us.
Unfortunately the blinds were noticeably marked and creased. I contacted the Manager to discuss this and allowed him the opportunity to call at my home and view the damaged blinds. The Manager was very rude and adamant that there was nothing wrong with the blinds and the creases would eventually come out with sunlight over time and to tell my insurance company directly. He accepted no responsibility whatsoever.
I then had the blinds inspected by a local blind manufacturer and installer. They confirmed the blinds had suffered irreparable damage due to incorrect handling by your cleaning company. The blinds were tied and not rolled up as is the correct process. This resulted in pressure and rubbing on the fabric coating.
I then met with you at your office and passed this information onto you, along with a letter from an independent third party confirming the damage and reasons why and with a quote for replacement blinds. Again you had no interest in resolving the issue and merely said you would come and remove the blinds from my home. I declined this on the basis it would serve no purpose aside from leaving us with no blinds at all as they cant be repaired and need to be replaced.
At that stage you stormed off after telling me to stick it up my a###.
Service Atrocious. Customer relations same.
