We have been trying for 6 weeks for CustomLogistic to lodge a claim with an internal transit company for damage incurred to a sizable shipment. The transit line have even in this circumstance confirmed fault. However Customlogistic just do not engage with us. No response from them on all fronts despite multiple follow ups.
