Especially on large project such as major remodels or new builds it can be tough to know where to begin to have it eventually speak to your personal style.  I am delighted to sit down with you and do a consultation to start the process.  From there, I will work with you on your new construction or remodeling project by giving you colour direction, input on how the space should flow, clever suggestions for any problems, fabric and furnishings fit for purpose and endless enthusiasm to make your space both comfortable and functional.

Design

I can design a single room or your entire home – and at your own speed.  Do you like eclectic or traditional? Romantic or Minimalism? Are you drawn to bold spaces or things that are subtly sleek?  No matter what your taste, I can work with you to transform a space into something that you can be proud of as a homeowner.  I craft my magic in each room using a mix of textures, colours, furniture selections and many special touches – always willing to integrate what you already own.

Sourcing Materials

If you don’t work in the field of interior design having access  to the best places or knowledge of the international market is is difficult to know where to start.  Over decades, as a company, we have been honing our list of vendors, specialists and tradespeople and it has become a who’s-who for sourcing the best materials and talent in New Zealand.  As an interior designer, I believe that selecting and sourcing the right interior products makes all the difference for a project. Only with the right fit, can you create a space that resonates with the personality of the owner, works efficiently and meets expectations.  When possible, I like to choose items proudly crafted in New Zealand.

Project Management

My clients range from retirees who love international travel, busy professional couples, to big families always on the go.  I really understand how precious your time is and can manage your design (from beginning to end) so that you don’t have to give it a second thought as life goes on while your home is being transformed.  You will have peace of mind knowing that you are in great hands and that things will be delivered on time and within the quoted budget thanks to my expertise.  I have a wonderful rapport with tradespeople, architects and builders and can speak their language.  Let me do the worrying, planning and coordinating for you – I love every part of what I do!
