★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerrick designed our new restaurant in Panmure and it turned out amazing. He had great ideas and also incorporated aspects that we wanted in the design as well. It was easy to communicate with him and he was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the design and building process. We will definitely use the Mille team again for our next restaurant renovation!

We had to work with a short time frame as well as an already half built site however Gerrick has managed to incorporate the existing design/material to the our concept and accomplish an absolute banger set up that we couldn't be more happier with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerrick and the team from Millé have to be among the most talented group working in hospitality design in New Zealand right now. In designing and fitting out the new Whau Café on Maungawhau / Mt Eden in Auckland, Millé were visionary in their incorporation of elements inspired by the natural surroundings and Māori cultural elements important to the location, and they effortlessly wove that into a modern aesthetic that also worked inside the 1920's heritage building. Gerrick understood us from the outset, and his friendly approach and genuine excitement about the café made the whole project a lot of fun. Add to that, Millé worked fast and the quality of the fit out is exceptional. We are grateful for the relationship we now have with Millé, and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

As a cafe owner, Gerrick and his team have reviewed branding as well as designed a refit. I felt comfortable and looked after throughout the process of dealing with him. He brings fresh, different, and creative ideas to life, while knowing full-well, the implications and technical detail, behind everything.
Millé creates awesome spaces, and most importantly - they work. The customer journey is always well thought out and efficiency for the staff is front and centre.
The other big thing to note - these guys do it all. From working with an empty site, right through to designing the layout, dealing with council, managing the build, even branding. They have you sorted.
These guys know their stuff. I'll be using them again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As new kids on the hospo block, we kinda half knew what we were doing, and half winging it still. We knew how to make good food, but needed that extra eye around designing a good service flow. Add to that an awkward layout in a space that’s been empty for a year.
Gerrick and team came in and drafted us a proposal that suited our budget - we were a small business with not a lot of capital, we had a brand in mind but needed a pair of extra eyes - Gerrick came in literally with Xray vision and laser beams. Bit kinda like a hospo superhero here to save you from tight spaces and pools of old kitchen grease.
He gave us ideas that we would never have thought of, little tips n tricks that are borderline genius, and just a general shoulder to cry on. Hospo owners, you know what we’re talking about ?
Gerrick and Elliott you guys are a powerhouse, loved working with you, and all the lols in between. Terima kasih!
