★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this hairdresser a number of times and been pleasef with their service - until yesterday. The person I dealt with is new and I seriously doubt that she is qualified. She yanked and pulled my hair until I thought it would be pulled off my head, She had a very odd way of cutting and my hair is very crooked at the back. When she sprayed water on my hair she sprayed it directly into my face and eyes - 4 times. . I noticed she used the same equipment on my hair as she used on the previous client. Quite concerning and I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was just in for quick buzz cut with a little fringe left saw two terrible hair cuts while I was waiting n thought doesn't matter no one could possibly not get a buzz cut wrong but she did and charged me $24 when it usually cost $16 totally useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a simple fringe trim and face-framing and the lady seemed to have no clue what I meant by face framing as she cut them uneven on each side. My fringe wasn't straight and I wanted to get out of the chair as fast as I could. Next time i'll do it myself for a better job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get my long straight hair trimmed (which was close to my waist) and ended up with my hair cut just below my shoulders at least 10cms too much!! Even tried to overcharge me and not offer an apology. Horrifying experience will not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served by the beautiful being named Karen. I'm always nervous when it comes to haircuts and Karen gave me an enjoyable comfortable experience. I asked her to do her magic how she liked and as she was cutting away she was explaining what she was doing and I could really tell she loves hairdressing and making her clients feel good about themselves. 11/10, left her a tip and will be back to her exclusively ?
