★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple instructions were not followed, the fade and trim provided was not even at all - to the point my hair is embarrassing and I'll be wearing a hat until my next cut. If more attention was spent on cutting hair, as opposed to talking to others in the shop, then I'm sure they'd have done a better job as they did seem competant. However I won't be back nor recommending others.
