★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There aren't many options for vets where I am located, so I chose to come to Dairy Flat vets as it was local. However, our pet was misdiagnosed and later had to be put down. We place so much trust into the people who are supposed to help our animals in illness, however, I am really disappointed with the service. So please everyone reading this, if just one pet's life can be spared, then this review will have been worth it. I urge everyone to go find a different vet clinic

I very much recommend Gorin to check your fur babies, he is fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have seen a lot of the vets here, it’s a hit or miss. Sometimes you get lucky and get a good vet, other times you don’t. I find more often than not I get a bad vet. It’s not worth the chance, I suggest going to see a different vet instead. The reception team is also a hit or a miss, Karen is really nice however, this other receptionist, Gretchen is quite rude and dismissive of your concerns. Overall 4/10, have had better service from other vets.
