About Falloons Stockfoods Ltd
Bob and Avril Falloon began trading here in Dairy Flat in 1963 after purchasing the local general store on the corner of Kahikatea Flat Road and the Dairy Flat Highway. Stockfood was traded from a small corrugated iron shed at the back of the store until 1985 when the stockfood business was separated away and moved to larger sheds just down the road.
By the end of the 1990's the business had outgrown the sheds at 16 Kahikatea Flat Road and a new building was constructed at 18 Kahikatea Flat Road, where it continues to trade today.
Bob and Avril's son Doug has been involved in the business for over 35 years, and now manages the team here today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time go to Falloons last weekend as my horse was running out of food in a level 4 lockdown I call as I thought they had a website, I was told they didn't, but that they were open, was given Instructions after asking if they had the feed I need for my special needs horse, which they had in great supply. I arrived wow what an operation very well organised and helpful The staff were amazing giving you clear instructions were to go and what to do. Brilliant customer service I will be making this new feed store, I don't live in the area but it definitely worth the 35 minute drive. Thank You Falloons for all your help in a level 4 lockdown we all appreciate all your hard work so all the farming animals and fluffy ponies/horses are kept safe and well feed.
