Update :-still no reply from store been waiting since February.. worst customer service ever!

I mentioned I was looking for outfits for a first date and they both jumped at the opportunity to help me find an outfit that I felt confident and myself !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new store location is 5x as big as the old one with a massive range of alternative clothing in funky styles, and yet it still continually fails to provide any stock in larger sizes. The range (which used to go up to size 24 but no longer) apparently makes clothing up to size 20 but despite the MASSIVE new store size I still couldn't find anything larger than a 16 or 18 (if I was lucky).
On top of all that the massive changing rooms were completely lacking any sort of chair which is a nice touch for most but an absolute necessity for any disabled customers who need to sit when they change.
The only positive thing about the store was the very lovely and understanding staff member who seemed to be manning the whole store by themself.
For a brand that boasts itself to be on the edge of both fashion and social equality I find myself incredibly disappointed in Dangerfield's actions on both ends. I hope they find a way to improve soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from Dangerfield online for my daughter's Christmas present. Order was canceled and refunded, except for a $16 pair of tights I paid $15 postage for, and the tights have already ripped. Thought I'd take her instore to spend the refund and pick what she wanted. The Wellington store is overcrowded, uncomfortably hot, clothes jammed tight onto racks, so it was hard to actually look for anything. No greeting or acknowledgement from staff/person behind the counter, we didn't expect to be fawned over, but a hello isn't hard and is better than being made to feel they're bored or annoyed that they have customers. Overall, a disappointing experience with Dangerfield.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful clothes but the space inside is very small and crowded. We went there on boxing day and it was packed and very hot. I bought a nice summer dress which was on special for $62.00, not everyone's style but I liked it and they sold quite a lot on that day. I would like to buy another dress on another sale.
