★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting! My pie was so horrible and dry, it had clearly been reheated a million times over how many days! My partner couldn't even eat his sandwich as it had a funny taste, not to mention the filling was only at the centre, seems to be a common thing in bakeries these days, making it appear that it has a filling but once you get stuck in you realize it was only for the parts that are on show in the display cabinet. The sausage roll was very soft and undercooked. It angers me that people think its ok to sell food like this, they clearly don't care about the customers, only making a buck. VERY disappointing, hands down worse bakery of my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ah yes, the Dannevirke bakery. Tis the Silver award winner for its Steak and Cheese pies and I must declare, it is much worth the venture. A succulent formulae of pastry, quality meat with a pure beef gravy that is sure to slither within in your system. If ye are looking for a pie that is sure to grow tickle your pickle, look no further than the classic Dannevirke bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really solid place and good prices! The hot cakes w/ bacon are delicious and affordable (the owner even threw in one extra for no extra charge, $11). The wedges ($6) were also really good (and a good portion) and the Mochachino went nicely with the hotcakes. ?? ?? ?
