★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst people in the world to deal with! Had such a bad experience with the property manager, Christine. Even the owner, Lincoln Darling supports the atrocities of these managers. Would never ever recommend anyone to have any transaction with these people.

Incapable of fulfilling the obligations of the upkeep of the property, a refusal to treat their clients with respect and an absolute disregard to the privacy of their tenants. If you have any self respect, NEVER sign a contract with Darling Realty. They have before come into public disrepute and they have failed entirely to improve their behavior. In a fair world this agency would be barred from any form of real estate business entirely.

Never had an issue. We actually miss our property manager now that we've moved! Would definitely recommend to our friends.

They have been consistently professional and helpful, and they are always on top of any issues I have with the rental property. An absolutely opposite experience to some of reviews posted here! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented with Darling Realty with Christine Manning as agent looking after our apartment. Easily one of my besting renting experience. Professional and reliable from prior to commencing rent, during (easily contacted, always emails/messages for any changes or flat check, flexible with what can be done to apartment) and even when moving out of apartment. The apartment was well looked after prior to us moving as well. The other staff at darling realty were always helpful and nice whenever Christine was away.
