★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soup is not bad but the noodles lacked structural integrity, bamboo shoots were not well prepared, meat was overly chewy, for $2 more I could get a noticeably bigger bowl of ramen at Ippudo just across the mall. As someone with a notoriously small stomach, it really means something when I say the portion is tiny. It’s snack sized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Extra 50 cents changed for bowl, both dine in and takeaway.” How can you call something EXTRA if it’s compulsory?
Good food, also good at upset customers.
Rapidly changing price and reduce ingredients: reduced half an egg and charged $.80 less sounds fair? How about your only opinion to get the egg is $2 for a whole egg? If you tried ramen with egg you know the souls of ramen lost with the egg.
Again, an advice from a customer since this shop open, good taste, but not so good at service. One star for your attention.

Portion: Ordered Chashu and spicy donkotsu ramen. Is this for kid meal..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is great, but not tasty. I bought the pork tonkotsu & it tastes like instant noodle with a bit of spice & better broth. I’ve tried ramen else where and usually it comes with egg but you would have to pay extra for an egg to be added along with chilli oil.. and all the other small contents. I wouldn’t pay nearly $20 for the ramen here because it’s actually quite small & staff are rude and don’t greet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not value for money meal....it was an Chicken noodle soup with only litttle bit if Chicken..not impressed by service at all as the counter lady was quite rude in converstaion.....every thing is a extra cost even the bowl they serve in they charge extra 50 centts and even they charge extra on pay wave too....I am not sure if it is legal to charge customers 2% extra to use the paywave by just putting up the sign of the pinpad only....I have sèen few retailers are using an option if customer wants to pay by paywave with extra charge or not so they can choose to swipe the card and insert the pin....they should opt for the same...and whrn I ask some chilli to spice up my soup again extra cost was there for that too....
Not recommanded at all...do not waste your money on this eatry....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would pick zero star if I could. This is a bowl of $16 insult not Tonkatsu Chashu Ramen, that’s not Chashu. It’s bits from the bottom of the slicer. This would be good bye and good luck to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stop whatever you’re doing at Newmarket and head to Daruma for some karaage chicken with their special yum yum mayo, absolute 10/10.
The mayo is so creamy and the chicken was so light and crispy, highly recommended to all.
