Within DataLAB we have a well skilled team who have been recovering damaged Solid State Devices for many years. SSD's provide their own challenges unique to recovering from hard drives. Many people don't realise that they can just as easily fail and require their own specialised techniques and equipment to make a successful recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent 2 hard drives from Wellington in their boxes with their cords. Got sent back just the hard drives in bubble wrap. Contacted them immediately and was ignored for over a month. I had to contact them 6 times until I finally received 2 cords that weren't mine. It was a simple issue to rectify and being ignored for that long, is incredibly rude and unprofessional.
