★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to say a big thanks for fixing my PC, I thought I had lost all my photos and documents because the hard drive was no longer working, I took the PC to some other shops in town who tried to sell me a new computer instead of helping me to retrieve my files... I eventually found this guy online and as soon as I called him he offered to see the computer the same day, he fixed the issue by accessing the broken hard drive and copying the files to a new drive, he restored my entire hard drive and then charged the same price as he had purchased the hard drive himself. I payed a small fee for his time and he was super friendly and very fast, and he certainly knew his stuff... This guy has gone over and above of what I was expecting and I can only suggest that the other shops in town take an example by this guys service which was professional and honest and it had no hidden agendas... very very impressive!

We were very impressed with the speedy recovery of our important data and the efficient service while we waited. He was very understanding and respectful and shared a lot of his technical knowledge with us. I would definitely recommend Shan for excellent and speedy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted Shan at 8:30PM about an issue with my PC powering off and he spent roughly 45 minutes on the phone helping me run through different troubleshooting tips to try resolve the issue. He was able to diagnose the computer when checking it out in person and help pull it apart and put it back together for no additional cost, just a will to share his knowledge. Shan is incredibly thorough and professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone who has any IT related issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally on the phone with the owner for about ten minutes and he managed to talk me through a visual output problem with my CPU at no cost. Easily the best service in town and I bet if I did have to take my PC in to him, the hourly rate is definitely the best there is. No false marketing here!
