★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average shopping centre,just on roundabout on clarkin rd and peachgrove rd.easy accssess just noticed alot of beggars around didnt bother me though overall not bad,parking was a challenge.had2 keep your wits about you when reversing right near main rd.other than that not2 bad great fish n chip shop.
