★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night we had take away from Davies corner and was horrible.
Very disappointing, we now have to find another Indian restaurant. ?
We have been going to Royale Indian for the last 8 years every week, we always have Lamb Vindaloo, Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala. The last month or two we have had bad experiences at both branches, the take away was BC & LV both were very oily and tasted off, we ended up throwing it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered take awas last night and it was horrible, the food had no taste, it was like they took leftovers added water and put it in a container. The butter chicken was not butter chicken. The lamb vindelu was so oily and tasteless we could not eat it. The naan bread was old and just reheated, by the time we opened it it was so hard you could not eat it.
We have enjoyed the royal Indian’s food for the last 3 years and this experience was the worst and also the worst of any restaurant I’ve experience. So disappointing, will not go there again……☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time dining at the Royale Indian Restaurant on Davies Cnr and the food was amazing. The starters were delicious and very generous, we barely left enough room for the mains, they were that good! The server really added to the whole experience here too, he was super friendly and very helpful and kind. The food is very reasonably priced too. One of the best Indian restaurants in Hamilton. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our first time dining in Royale Indian Restaurant and the experience was great. The food itself has a generous amount of serving. We had the onion bahji, biryani, naan bread, butter chicken and buttered prawn. Our tummies were filled after a few minutes. The host and the manager were very accommodating and friendly too. They’ve given us takeaway containers without asking because they know we ordered heaps. Thanks again. We really enjoyed dining here. We will be back and try another food dish. :)
