Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. In single-flower bouquets and arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour.

β β β β β My daughter, out of town, ordered a $60 bunch of lillies to be picked up. They consisted of 10 fully closed stems, 2 bits of fern and 1 piece of palm frond, which didnt sit in bunch at aΔΊl well. So disappointing and i feel she was ripped off.

β β β β β I phoned just after 2pm one day and asked if the team could help me out by getting some flowers to Haumoana the same day. After consulting with the courier they said YES!!! The flowers were delivered that afternoon and were absolutely beautiful and we were thrilled that they understood the circumstances and went out of their way to help! Highly recommend!

β β β β β I'm so sorry to give you this terrible review because your flowers are lovely, but I couldn't actually buy any. We waited ages in your store and nobody came. My partner went for a walk to try and find somebody and nobody was around at all. It's unfortunate, but you might want to revise how you do business. Thanks anyway.
