★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow shipping, same story as every other review here, their tracking doesn't work and no one can tell you what's happening with a parcel. "Agreed delivery date" is listed on the order but not met, still waiting on parcel from Reebok/Adidas. I would recommend shopping elsewhere or ordering products from Adi/Reebok retailers instead. Can't understand how it takes this long for a national delivery, other companies have this down to overnight, or weekly, these guys aren't even close. An absolute shambles of a company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalled by the service I received. Ordered shoes from adidas 2 months ago. A month ago the order was supposedly out for delivery for about a week until I called to ask what is happening and was told it’s at a depot because no one was home during delivery - that is a lie because someone’s home all day everyday. Was told they’d have it delivered on that day again, left door open and all - no one came even though they insisted someone did. No card was left as they said either. Happened again for a 3rd time. Ridiculous! Evidence of “attempted delivery” was not even of my house. It wasn’t until I get all their emails, email multiple complaints that people start calling me to help resolve it and then the carrier (Post Haste) personally delivers it to our home with terrible attitude “here, you’re home, here’s your package” so rude! Cannot believe the service we’ve received from DB Schenker and Post Haste. Would be giving zero stars if this forum allowed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate 0 stars I would, why Adidas NZ use this company I have no idea. Tracking is useless, it's already past the "agreed delivery date" and no sign or update on my order. It's insane paying $11 delivery for one singlet and it taking so long to get here, I've had orders from the UK arrive in the time it's taken. 100% will not use again, terrible service.

Ordered the Reebok shoes on 22/4, delivered on 11/5 from Auckland to Hamilton. Agreed delivery date was on 3/5. I suspect someone was literally walking wearing them to Hamilton. Even then, it shouldn't take almost 3 weeks?
Their "real" time tracking system is pretty mint. It tracks how useless their delivery system is. My shoes are still "out for delivery".
Anyways, a tip to Reebok customers, talk to Reebok via the online chat cause they seem to be tracking it better than DB Schenker. Well DB customer service wouldn't pick up the phone anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most people come on these sites to criticise so to provide a bit of balance I’m happy to share a positive experience. I find it’s usually the contracted courier delivery that lets the side down, not the original shipper. I had an urgent shipment come in from the states and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. From the customer service rep to the depot manager to the forklift driver, all provided excellent service and enabled us to meet our delivery deadline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an order from adidas recently (16/12/21) and the delivery was very fast. Expected delivery date should be 27th December but my order came early this morning. I was so happy because I received it before Christmas. Thank you DB Schender for a job well done. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn’t even deserve one star. Absolutely appalling service ordered two months ago from Reebok. This was a much wanted Christmas gift for someone. I saw that the item has arrived in the warehouse in Auckland. So I called in December to ask the ETA of delivery as at that time it had been sitting in Auckland for over a week. I was told it would arrive before Christmas. It’s now January and the product is still sitting in the warehouse in Auckland. Was even more appalled when two weeks before Christmas I had ordered something via a different company that uses AU and NZ post. Wasn’t expecting it to arrive prior to Christmas but it arrived a few days later, well before Christmas Day. Which just really shows how absolutely appalling this company is. I won’t be ordering from Rebook again due such a significant delay.
