I had a jacket that I purchased from them a few months back, one of the zippers came off and I took it in to see if I could get any assistance and to my surprise they were able to replace the jacket with a new one! Also, it doesn't hurt that they have some pretty cheap stuff available compared to the rest of the market

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really dont like ordering anything online that has to do with sizing because most places are usually different and i always end up with the wrong size but cnell made my purchase such a breeze.
I ordered an open face helmet (HF02) but ordered the wrong size.
I emailed through and got a response straight away.
After i told them my problem they happily agreed to a smaller size and even suggested i get the later/better model (HF05) which most places dont allow or tell you about.
I sent the items back and received the correct size and upgraded model within 2 days.
They are fast and efficient.
They have a good range of products with reasonable pricing and exceptional customer service
I will definitely keep using their service!
I highly recommend Cnell to everyone!
