β β β β β This firm did 3 jobs for our family. The property transfer of the family home was handled OK and legally although seemed expensive. The two estates were handled illegally. They failed to supply a letter of engagement. Did not follow the executorsβ instructions. Lied about what they were doing. And then invoiced for work they didnβt do. So, this made the estate invoices expensive. Dealing with the death of a love one, and then having to deal with a dishonest legal executive made this the worst 12 months of my life. Many times, I have asked for someone to phone to discuss my concerns, to date this has not occurred. So I can only hope that they will not continue making the same mistakes they made with our work.
