She gave us so much of her valauable time and was so approachable, we felt like we could text/email at any time if we had questions. We had odds stacked against us to get a loan, and were deflated when we got denied from our personal bank, thinking owning a home wouldn't happen for us, but Debbie bent over backwards and not only found a bank who would give us the loan, but got it at an unbelievably low interest rate. We definitely wouldn't have been able to do this without her. Thank you so much for all of your hard work, time and energy!

I can't recommend Debbie highly enough, I would never use or recommend anyone else in the Hawke's Bay. She built a great rapport with us instantly and was 100% behind us - at times I felt like she wanted it to happen for us more than we did! She built a relationship with us in such a short space of time, and maintains it regularly. If you're after a professional, driven, friendly and knowledgeable mortgage advisor Debbie is definitely your person. Trying to buy a house in the current climate and secure a mortgage in your 50's was overwhelming and stressful until we talked to Debbie. We now have a great mortgage product, and a whole new way of managing our money to achieve our financial goals. Any real estate agents we met who asked about our finances knew of Debbie's reputation so didn't push us to meet with their mortgage advisers as they knew Debbie would come through for us. Debbie doesn't upsell, doesn't judge, and really cares about the outcome.

While her professional role may be that of morgage broker, she seems to be able to understand and clearly explain other aspects of the home buying process. She is the one we call when we’re confused by info we are getting from other professionals that are involved in the process.
