We are Rick Noyce and Denise Hart the proud new owners of FIRST Autoworks. Prior to moving to Hawke’s Bay from Wellington we owned a very successful business called RV Dreams Ltd specialising in recreational vehicle repairs, maintenance and retail. With the motorhome sector’s continual growth we are incorporating an RV retail one stop shop to the business. We were told 1 to 2 hrs to complete and as we were away from the main centre were offered a car to use to explore the area whilst our motorhome was being tested. How good was that for service. Well done First Autoworks team for such good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you. When a tree damages our Motorhome roof at a Napier Camping Ground, First Autoworks & RV, came to our rescue!! Rick climbed the ladder to waterproof the corner of the Luton that had been split and scraped badly. Fortunately only the outer layer of fiberglass had been mutilated!! Much appreciated Rick. A day later a bad storm ripped through the centre of the North Island. But we were warm and snug in our patched up vehicle. Laurie and Carol....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are fantastic, I was feeling extremely nervous but more embarrassed than anything about taking my motor home in, as I went and bought one NOT knowing anything about them AT ALL! They were awesome, reassuring me that I'm not the only one who has done this, they're able to do nearly anything needed inside and out. I've rung Rick, about more and more things needed doing, and he laughs and it's never a problem. Super friendly, super people,super efficient, mechanical work is very detailed in their notes and they explain to you on pick up, nice and simply. I'm so glad and relieved to have been recommended to go to First autoworks, Rick Noyce and his team are all getting Christmas cards from me this year, from where ever I am in my motorhome! They fantastic.
